We are affiliated with AVCC to provide veterans with the in-home care service they need. AVCC was founded by Jeanne and Chip Asher, a veteran of United States Air Forces. THey had a passion to assist veterans in obtaining healthcare services and as a result they found their calling and AVCC was born. AVCC helps qualified veterans and surviving spouses obtain home care services under this benefit called Aid and Attendance (A&A) Pension Benefit. A&A pension is a tax free benefit distributed to eligible honorably discharged veterans or their surviving spouses. it’s the highest level of Veterans Administrations Improved Pension Program. Eligible veterans will receive a monthly reimbursement for acceptable medical expenses from Veterans Administration. Monthly benefits can provide up to $1,788.00 per month for a veteran, $1,149.00 per month for surviving spouse, and $2,120.00 per month for a married veteran.
